These terms apply to appointments booked with Bella's Studio, to the use of this website, and to calls and text messages exchanged with our business number, (509) 564-9953.
Consultations are free, take place in person at the studio in Palm Desert, and carry no obligation to book a service.
A card on file is required to book online. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment are charged 90% of the service price. That payment is not lost: it is applied in full to your service when you reschedule and come in.
Services are paid at the studio by card, or through Klarna, Affirm, or Afterpay at online checkout. Prices are published on this website and on our booking page and may change; the price shown when you book is the price you pay.
Permanent makeup results vary with skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Fresh work looks bolder and darker than the healed result, and color softens as it heals. Nano brows include a perfecting session at six to eight weeks; touch-ups for other services are priced separately. Following the aftercare instructions you receive is part of getting the result you want.
When you call or text our business number, you agree to receive replies related to your inquiry and your appointments, such as answers to questions, booking links, reminders, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We do not send messages to numbers that have not first contacted us or booked with us.
